anna vaus

Anna Vaus is a country singer and songwriter who hails from San Diego, California. She grew up under the wing of Grammy-winning artist, Steve Vaus, who she calls "dad" and has worked with artists like Billy Ray Cyrus, LeAnn Rimes, and Phil Vassar.

 

stephen day

Stephen was born and raised in Buford, Georgia and right around the time he was born, his parents started Celebration Church. Growing up in a church, he got to here his pops preach and his mom sing every Sunday. Hearing these two things every Sunday is what he believes made him want to be a songwriter. He hopes to inspire and relate to people through his music.

katie buxton

Katie Buxton is a singer/songwriter originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her passion for songwriting started at the age of twelve and while her music has changed shape and grown with her, it has always remained the most fluid and natural way to channel the light of the universe around her. Katie aims to challenge the way her listeners see the world, writing from new and unique perspectives. She hopes to spread light, love, feeling, and honesty to those who hear her lyrics.

 

will stone

When William Stone moved to Nashville in 2012, he dreamed of being Taylor Swift. He may have refined his dreams over the years, but his passion for good songwriting has not diminished. William brings his background in pop and alternative music and combines it with his newfound love for country in a conversational and engaging way. Between amazing musicians, brilliant cowriters, some great coffee, and countless writing opportunities, Nashville has been treating William pretty well - and he aims to offer great songs in return.

emily landis

Emily Landis is a 22-year-old songwriter/Belmont student here in Nashville. She was the the President of the Belmont Songwriter's Association all of last year, and currently interning at Carnival Music. She's taken songwriting classes taught by some of the most talented and successful writers in town which has been incredibly inspiring. Emily has never wanted to be an artist, but her dream is to be able to write with/for artists every day for a living. Her passion for country music is what drives her to continuously write every day in a town full of so much talent. She considers herself a "country nerd."

 

matt roy

Matt Roy is a 19 year old country singer songwriter from New Jersey. He pulls influences from artists like Bruce Springsteen, Eric Church, and Kenny Chesney. While having a grassroots following in New Jersey, Matt has begun to grow his audience in Nashville and has started to make a name for himself in Music City.

emma place

Emma Bea Place is a 20 year old country singer and songwriter. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Place is now based in Nashville. After attending a songwriting workshop at the age of 14, the singer-songwriter began to build her song repertoire, and from then on became a frequent performer in showcases throughout California. In 2012, she independently released her first demo and in 2013 moved to Los Angeles to record her first studio EP. Produced by Bill Bell (known for his work with Jason Mraz, Lindsay Ell, and Justin Nozuka), this debut into the music scene consists of three songs which showcase Place's impressive songwriting abilities, each song carefully crafted to appeal to both country, pop, and occasionally Americana fans.

 

mignon grabois

Mignon Grabois, Singer-Songwriter from Houston, Texas is making a name for herself in Nashville, Tennessee. She is an ongoing, featured performer for the all-female writer’s round, Song Suffragettes, which showcases “Country Music’s newest and brightest singer-songwriters”. Mignon recently performed in the 2015 CMA Music Festival on the CMA Close Up Stage, in addition to playing in the world famous Tin Pan South songwriter’s festival.
